Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information: information you give us directly, and limited technical information collected automatically only if you consent to analytics.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the inquiry type, and your message. When you complete the Quick Assessment and request your full readout, we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the ratings you entered. If you book time through the scheduling tool on the Contact page, that booking is handled by our scheduling provider (see "Third parties" below). We use this information only to respond to you and to prepare the materials you asked for.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited, general device and browser type, referring source, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Analytics do not run and no analytics cookies are set until you choose "Accept" on the consent banner. If you decline, or make no choice, analytics stay off.
Cookies and analytics consent
This site uses Google Consent Mode. By default, analytics storage is denied, so Google Analytics loads in a state that does not read or write analytics cookies or collect identifiable data. When you click "Accept" on the consent banner, we grant analytics consent and remember that choice in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, prepare and send Quick Assessment readouts, schedule and hold conversations you request, and understand and improve how the site performs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics, only after you consent. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Reclaim.ai — the scheduling tool embedded on the Contact page, used only if you book a time. See Reclaim's Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery — contact form and Quick Assessment submissions are delivered to us by email so we can respond.
Data retention
We keep the messages and details you send for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than reasonably necessary. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to analytics. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit, including spam and abuse protections on our forms and encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
